Fl Elevator Co., is a Independent elevator company backed by it's firm International Union of Elevator Contractors membership. We have been able to grow from our NY / NJ Elevator Co., ownership and roots with local long time Florida Techs. Our techs are members of the IUEC. We are able to oversea and implement values and procedures that allow our trained techs to do there jobs safely keeping quality of our name in mind. IUEC techs are the same one's that OTIS, Schindler, TKE, and Kone use. So we offer the same training and experience as the OEM Companies, but have the independent, personal connection of a family owned business. Not to mention the benefit of offering lower prices.
